1. Booking Policy
Prime Miles is a cab booking platform that facilitates ride bookings through its own fleet as well as trusted third-party taxi providers.
When you click “Book Now”, you’ll be redirected to WhatsApp for direct communication and ride confirmation.
2. Role as a Facilitator
Prime Miles acts as a facilitator between you and the taxi service.
While we try to ensure timely and professional service, Prime Miles is not responsible for:
Delays in pickup or drop
Missed flights, trains, or events
Accidents or vehicle issues
3. Limited Liability
We do not cover any financial losses, ticket cancellations, or any kind of compensation due to:
Driver delay
Vehicle breakdown
Route changes
Weather conditions or traffic
Booking is at the user’s discretion.
4. Payments
Payments are to be made directly to the driver unless otherwise mentioned.
Pricing and fare details will be communicated on WhatsApp before final confirmation.
5. Changes & Cancellation
Changes to the booking can be requested by contacting us via WhatsApp or phone.
Cancellations may be subject to availability and mutual confirmation.
6. Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes or issues, you are encouraged to reach out to us. We will coordinate with the taxi provider to find a resolution, but we do not guarantee refunds or compensations.
