1. Booking Policy

  • Prime Miles is a cab booking platform that facilitates ride bookings through its own fleet as well as trusted third-party taxi providers.

  • When you click “Book Now”, you’ll be redirected to WhatsApp for direct communication and ride confirmation.

2. Role as a Facilitator

  • Prime Miles acts as a facilitator between you and the taxi service.

  • While we try to ensure timely and professional service, Prime Miles is not responsible for:

    • Delays in pickup or drop

    • Missed flights, trains, or events

    • Accidents or vehicle issues

3. Limited Liability

  • We do not cover any financial losses, ticket cancellations, or any kind of compensation due to:

    • Driver delay

    • Vehicle breakdown

    • Route changes

    • Weather conditions or traffic

  • Booking is at the user’s discretion.

4. Payments

  • Payments are to be made directly to the driver unless otherwise mentioned.

  • Pricing and fare details will be communicated on WhatsApp before final confirmation.

5. Changes & Cancellation

  • Changes to the booking can be requested by contacting us via WhatsApp or phone.

  • Cancellations may be subject to availability and mutual confirmation.

6. Dispute Resolution

  • In case of any disputes or issues, you are encouraged to reach out to us. We will coordinate with the taxi provider to find a resolution, but we do not guarantee refunds or compensations.
